Our little "dork girl"

Since we no longer have "dork boy" a.k.a. Aaron to pick on...I guess we have to pick on Miss Gracie. Poor thing....whacked her head this weekend on our bed frame. Got a good bruise and gave me a bit of a scare when the bump surfaced so quickly. But with lots of ice and TLC she is good as new. Still tender which I found out when I accidently touched it with the comb this morning "ouch Mommy -- my head still hurts".

Ashley Rae

My sweet niece Ashley was here the weekend of St. Patty's Day from Montana. It is the first we have seen her since she turned 21 and is a real adult!! She was on spring break from Montana State and took some time out to hang with her Auntie. We are so proud of her and happy to see her. Love you Ashley!!

Is Spring really on the way?

So days like yesterday remind me of why I love our property, especially with Spring coming. The weather was not perfect, but definitely had the feeling of Spring. Gracie got our her bike and played on her swing set. Then when Carlie was out with dogs and puttering around the property -- she hung out with them too. Mud and all. We could here all the frogs loud and clear and we have lots of bunnies running around this year again too. Spring a comin' and we like it!!
